They have scammed me and their customer "service" absolutely stinks.
I have called numerous times over a $300 overcharge and each time I spoke
with someone, they gave me a line about "It didn't go through, I'll try it
again - please wait 7 business days".
I contacted the attorney general of Ohio, the BBB, and the fraud department
of my card issuing bank.
STAY AWAY from these jerks!!! You've been warned. I can hardly imagine how
they treat vendors. Glad I am sticking with SWREG even though I've had tons
of problems after DR bought it.
