They have scammed me and their customer "service" absolutely stinks.

I have called numerous times over a $300 overcharge and each time I spoke
with someone, they gave me a line about "It didn't go through, I'll try it
again - please wait 7 business days".

I contacted the attorney general of Ohio, the BBB, and the fraud department
of my card issuing bank.

STAY AWAY from these jerks!!! You've been warned. I can hardly imagine how
they treat vendors. Glad I am sticking with SWREG even though I've had tons
of problems after DR bought it.

They really do suck.. You should write a letter to the reglatory
agencies that govern your credit card and do a charge back. 2checkout
has a bad reputation with the "credit card associations". Also call
your bank and dispute the charge. It shouldnt be a problem considering
2co standing with the credit card companies, they should refund your
charge within 7-10 days and waive any fees. Just tell them its fraud,
which it is seeing how you never authorized 2co to charge you. Good
luck and dont let these guys get away with this.
